Mice in the video can be seen to shake, have hunched over posture, are stilting-walking, and have eyes closed.
These characteristics indicate the mice have a paralytic neurodegenerative disease: loss of voluntary movement–motor/ muscle function due to injury or disease of the nervous system by causing nerve cells to lose function over time and ultimately die.
In humans, similar diseases are ALS and multiple sclerosis.
